An order flow in Xfreight is a “listing” of tasks that have to be processed with the handling of a transport order. Every task in an order flow is allocated to an employee or a group of employees. Thereby, the members of a group can be allocated to different companies within one organisation. Depending on the status of a task, another person within the organisation is signalised a follow-up task in the procedure as a “ToDo” in the application.
Order flows in Xfreight are not specifically defined master data and can consist of individually compiled tasks that are tailored to the needs of a company. By means of this, we attain a targeted guidance of the employees through a transportation process. In the surface, employees only see the input masks that are important for their assigned task.
