Xtos gives you the opportunity, to manage every single step of the process. The terminal operating system is able to split the entire operation into two parts: operational and handling one.

The operational part is responsible for the organization and control of the processes, which have a direct impact on the main information about the order including the customer’s sub-orders and related goods. It consists of three subprocesses, namely: the announcement of goods, planning of handling, and preparation of respective documents. The first subprocess is nothing else than an advice about the arrived goods. The second one is pure planning of cargo handling. Finally, there are documents within an order, which include information about the planned goods for loading or unloading.

The planning and preparation subprocesses have a practical impact on the handling (on actions taken at the terminal). What does it mean? This special functionality helps the terminal’s employees to organize and conduct actions, like tallying of goods, confirming/recording of the characteristics/damages, or generating confirmations for handled goods.

With simple words: the combination of those processes is the heart of the matter. Great solution. Simply clever.
